These terms govern the use of the www.mvmpower.co.za website, operated by MVM Power Solutions & Projects (Pty) Ltd("MVM Power", "we", "us"). By using this website or submitting an enquiry, you accept these terms.

MVM Power provides professional electrical installations, maintenance and repairs, wiring and Certificate of Compliance (COC) issuance, turnkey solar solutions, inverter and battery storage systems, energy efficiency services, meter box installation and registration, and electrical upgrades across South Africa. All work is performed by experienced, trade-tested technicians in accordance with applicable South African electrical regulations and standards.

• Submitting a Request a Quote or Contact form does not create a binding agreement.
• Quotations are prepared after reviewing your requirements and, where necessary, a site assessment.
• Final pricing may differ from initial estimates once the full scope of work is confirmed.
• A quotation is only accepted once confirmed in writing by both parties.

Certificates of Compliance and solar compliance documentation are issued only after the relevant installation has been inspected and found to meet the applicable regulatory requirements. We do not issue certification for work that does not comply.
